Echoes of Reality
We grow through interaction with other people. We form an understanding of who we are through the ‘echoes’ we receive from others in response to our behaviour - good, bad or indifferent. We are not islands, nor were we created to be islands - together we form the “community of humanity” - interdependent and accountable to each other for the well-being of the environment that we create around us. Sometimes the ‘echoes’ or feedback is hurtful or confusing, but mostly it is positive and up-building. The benefit of any response is not in the response itself, positive or negative, but in how we process and learn from it.
These notes represent the stage that I have reached on my spiritual journey traveling through the changing landscape of life on earth. Nothing is final or definitive - just a ‘work-in-progress’ because we all have a long journey to travel, learn from and invest in - that’s why we’ve been given Eternity - and NOW is a good place to start...
